Shimomura Gyoza Shaping Mold Set (Japanese Dumplings Maker Kit)

This Gyoza mould by Shimomura enables you to make home made gyoza dumplings easily. You just have to put the ingredients and fold the maker.

This set has three pieces in it so that you can make gyoza with your family or friends.

Tip: you can enjoy gyoza better with this sauce.

Instructions

1) Open the maker, put the gyoza dough (the outer skin) on the center. You can make the edge of dough little bit so that it sticks better.

2) Take the rounded piece and dip it into water. Then when it is wet, press it into one side of the gyoza dough.

3) Use the spoon in the kit to scoop the correct amount of gyoza filling, and insert it into the center of the mold.

4) Close the maker, and you now have well wrapped Gyoza in your hand.
