Ready To Eat Dairy-Free & Gluten-Free White Sauce 360g
This is a traditional Japanese white sauce with a twist: it was developed as a universal product - something that everyone can use, even if they have dietary restrictions or food allergies.
In an effort to help people suffering from food allergies, the manufacturers of this product undertook the enormous task of developing a white sauce that anybody can enjoy.
They wanted to end the suffering of people with allergies as they watched their friends and family enjoying the great flavor of doria, white stew, and gratin while being unable to join in. So they came up with the ingenious idea of using amazake, a creamy Japanese fermented rice drink, to reproduce a flavor that could previously only be created with milk.
Not only is it gluten-free and dairy-free, it doesn't contain any of the 7 major allergens (egg, dairy, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp, crab).
To add another obstacle to the task of developing this sauce, they decided it would be meaningless to create a white sauce free of allergens if they had to use chemical seasonings, flavorings or additives to achieve it. So they leant on their experience with additive-free foods to develop a truly delicious, safe, secure and healthy white sauce.

Instructions
This sauce is ready-to-eat. Simply open the package and add it to whatever dish you’re cooking.
To make white stew, boil your ingredients (carrots, broccoli, potato etc.) in water until cooked. Add the package of white sauce and mix until incorporated.
To make doria, cut vegetables and meat into small pieces and fry with salt and pepper. Add a package of white sauce, and mix until coated.
Put rice in an oven-safe dish, and top with your white sauce mixture. Put in the oven until baked.
