Instructions
Mix 10 grams (roughly one tablespoon) of chai powder with 120ml of hot or cold milk and stir thoroughly. The mix is already sweetened, so there's no need to add sugar!
For a new twist on a classic dessert, why not try chai French toast? Mix 1 tbsp chai powder, 1tbsp hot water, 1 egg and 50ml milk in a dish. Soak slices of baguette, or ~6 slices of white bread, in the mixture. Melt 10g of butter in a fry pan on medium heat and fry bread on both sides until golden.
